What is the most profitable arrangement for your fleet?

Enter your cars: see which to keep, which to swap or sell, and how much more this arrangement earns than savings would.

Your fleet

Your cars, as they are today

These cars are an example fleet. Type your own cars over them, or clear them all and start again.

What does this mean?

Value: what the car would sell for today (£). Its age and mileage are already in that price, so the answer starts from it.

Name: optional; type a plate or a model and the answers and the report call the car by it, nothing more. Daily rent: if this car rents for more or less than the fleet's average (a hybrid, a bigger car), type its own average daily rent; left empty, the fleet's average below counts. A car bought in its place always counts at the fleet's average.

Monthly rent: what one customer would pay you a month, VAT included, to rent this car for a month or more. What one customer pays a month, with VAT, October 2026: car subscriptions for small cars cost £380–420 a month with 1,000 miles (Wagonex); what the price includes is not stated. Used small cars rent for only 5–10% less. For a higher mileage allowance, type that tier's rent.

What does this mean?

Every calculation runs this long. At the end we add up what the cars would sell for then and the money they made, and compare it with selling them today and putting the money in savings.
